Delivery and service activation

All Alternivo paid services are digital services performed on https://alternivo.com. Nothing is shipped and no physical delivery address is needed.
1. Services and prices

2. When a service starts
A service is activated automatically once our payment provider PayTR confirms the payment to us. You can see the status of every purchase in your Maker dashboard, and we send no separate goods or licence keys.
- Fast Review: Starts when PayTR confirms the payment; the submission is reviewed (approved, rejected or returned for changes) within 24 hours.
- Featured: Active for 30 days from payment confirmation, or from the end of a current period of the same plan. Does not renew automatically.
- Growth: Active for 30 days from payment confirmation, or from the end of a current period of the same plan. Does not renew automatically.
- Homepage Spotlight: Runs for the booked period after editorial approval of the campaign. Rejected campaigns are refunded in full.
- Category Sponsorship: Runs for the booked period after editorial approval of the campaign. Rejected campaigns are refunded in full.
- Competitor Page Sponsorship: Runs for the booked period after editorial approval of the campaign. Rejected campaigns are refunded in full.
- Sponsored Alternative Card: Runs for the booked period after editorial approval of the campaign. Rejected campaigns are refunded in full.
3. If something goes wrong
- If the payment is confirmed but the service does not appear as active in your dashboard within 1 hour, contact our contact page.
- If we cannot deliver a service, you get a refund as described in the refund policy.
- Paid services never guarantee approval, rankings, traffic or sales.
